Cold Days Are Coming!
As winter approaches, it is important to pack warm layers for both parents and athletes alike!
Though it may be warmer as practice begins, the temperature can often drop by multiple degrees once the sun sets. For athletes, this might mean packing a jacket and extra pair of pants. Nobody wants to be cold and wet! Parkas are also a great solution to keeping swimmers warm and dry.
For parents sitting on the deck, it is still important to bring a jacket or blanket. Borrowing your athletes jacket or parka while they are practicing is perfect too! Nobody wants to sit still for an hour shivering away staring at a phone.
